• Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Harmful Content: Uploading or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Security Violations: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service. Retestr Inc. does not endorse any user content and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user content.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
