By accessing or using the Retestr.ai platform ("Service"), provided by Retestr Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Retestr.ai is a cloud-based visual regression testing platform designed for software development teams. We provide tools for automated screenshot comparison, visual difference detection, and test result management.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Fees

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to you in advance of your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Retestr Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to any data, images, or other content you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Retestr Inc., a Retestr Inc. employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Retestr Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
