Subscription Management

Retestr offers flexible subscription plans to grow with your team. You can manage your subscription, upgrade plans, and view invoices directly from the Dashboard.

Plans & Limits​

We offer three main tiers designed for different team sizes.

Free Tier​

Perfect for individuals or small hobby projects.

  • 1 Seat
  • 30 Test Runs per month
  • 5 AI Heals per month
  • 7 Days Retention

Pro Tier​

For growing teams needing more capacity.

  • 3 Seats
  • 60 Test Runs per month
  • 10 AI Heals per month
  • 30 Days Retention

Enterprise Tier​

For large organizations requiring scale.

  • 5+ Seats
  • 90+ Test Runs per month
  • 50+ AI Heals per month
  • 90 Days Retention

Managing Your Subscription​

To view your current usage and manage your plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. You will see your current plan, status, and usage bars for the current billing period.

Upgrading​

Click the Upgrade button on the desired plan card. You will be redirected to our secure payment portal to complete the transaction. Upgrades are applied immediately.

Downgrading or Canceling​

Click Manage Subscription to open the Customer Portal. From there, you can cancel your subscription or change payment methods. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Usage Limits​

When you reach a limit:

  • Seats: You will not be able to invite new members until you upgrade or remove existing members.
  • Test Runs: New test runs will fail to start with a "Limit Reached" error. You must upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
  • AI Heals: Tests will continue to run, but the "Self-Healing" feature will be disabled for the remainder of the month.
